We're looking for a colleague to join ZF at our location in Songjiang, Shanghai.Your tasks:Primary Objectives to support Helpdesk Service – IT Helpdesk Support Incident management.Assist in IT Implementations, troubleshoot and support administration for Asia Pacific ZF locations within the framework of global rollout projects.Coordinate the Regional Service Desk activities and represent the region in a global environment.Assist the local IT and technical specialists to provide documentation of the regional applications, systems and processes.Coordinate the training of new regional IT employees in the ZF IT standard methods and processes.Assist in managing IT inventories. Helpdesk Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates and Develop the Service Desk environment for the Asia Pacific locationsProvides 1st-level technical IT support through telephone and email to internal clients for troubleshooting and resolution of desktop problems in a network environment.Escalates problem to 2nd-level support teams if unable to resolve at helpdesk level Takes ownership of technical issues, monitor and follow-up on support cases until the issue has been resolved ensuring customer satisfactionDocuments of reported problems and changes using ITIL (IT infrastructure library) standard methods.Assists in project implementations on PC end and manage IT inventories. Support business line supervisor complete other business activities as secondary responsibility.Your profile:Minimum 4 years Service desk experience supporting IT in a Mutli Mational Company(MNC) Environment Good at Customer Oriented Services and Inter-personal skillsGood at PC client technical skillsBe interested in new IT Technical AreaUniversity or college degree with major in Information Technology or related discipline Fluent spoken and written EnglishBe part of our ZF team as Global Service Desk Engineer and apply now!
